The free customizer
Your WordPress site’s backend setting contains it. The top table of contents section can be found on the left side of the page.

The Pro Customizer
Your customizer will be shifted to the theme customizer whenever you use the pro plugin. To do that, go to the theme customizer and select Top Table of Contents.
