  • You refer to the individual who accesses or uses the Service, as well as the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such individual accesses or uses the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Within 7 days of placing your order, you can cancel it without giving any reasons.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 7 days of receiving the Goods or taking possession of the product delivered by a third party other than the carrier.

You must give Us a clear indication of your decision to cancel before exercising Your right of cancellation. Your decision can be communicated to us in the following ways:

User Accounts and Product Licenses are not transferrable.

If you are a contractual developer or a representative of a person, please ask them to purchase the product from us directly. It saves time on both sides when we follow up support tickets.

The following small points should be taken into consideration

  • As soon as we find out that you are eligible for a refund, we will process it as soon as possible. 
  • There might be times when we want to offer you the chance to resolve your issue on your own, and this will depend on the case.
  • In the event that a client acts in bad faith or misuses the services, we will refuse to refund them.
  • Within seven days of the date of purchase, refunds can only be issued if you request them within that timeframe. It is not possible to process refunds after the 7 day period has passed.
  • There are no refunds for discounted products, upgrades, or renewals of existing subscriptions
