Hello, Thanks for your query. I’ve looked into your website but couldn’t see any badge. Maybe you took them off. Please assign a badge to a product so that I can check the demo in the link and provide you some solution.
Thanks,
Robin

Guys, please check the tooltip on my staging website : https://woocommerce-399661-1546502.cloudwaysapps.com/shop/
Also, the shortcode for product pages doesn’t work with the divi builder.

Thanks for sharing the info. I made it private so normal visitors can’t see it.
We will debug the problems and come back with some solutions.
Thanks for your patience.

Hello,
Thanks for your patience. I had a look into your staging site and I found the cause of the tooltip problem solved the badge positioning problem for the product single page.
You were using a filter plugin and I think those guys added some CSS code that’s breaking the tooltip. For now, I’ve disabled that plugin, and if you check you will see the tooltip is working fine.
If you want to use the other plugin too with ours please contact their support for more info about why it’s happening.
Although our shortcode works fine on other themes but I just find out it didn’t for Divi builder. For now, I’ve changed the code directly from wp-admin
for our plugin so for now please keep using the copy from the staging site.
Soon you will be notified of a new update with the fix and then you can use that version after that.
Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Robin

Hi ! Yes it works.
I’d like to add a special styling for “brand tags”, for showing them near their description. Like in the screenshot. It’s possible ?

Hello,
No sorry, our plugin supports showing badges like a list only. No custom positioning for an individual badge is allowed.
Thanks,
Robin
