Shortcode does not work

Hello there,

Could I please have an answer?

I still need to disable your plugin to be able to update the pages that have this shortcode, as I am still getting the issue about a 500 Error every time I try to save the page.

I see there is a new update available on Envanto market for your plugin, but I do not have access to it/to update your plugin via the WordPress CMS -> Plugins tabs. Does this update fixes the issue with the shortcode and Elementor editor? And How to add it to my website, without losing all the settings I already created for this badges?
