PS: I had to remove the shortcode because then I could not edit my section with Elementor anymore as it was causing a critical error.

Just some custom shortcodes and CSS are used by our team.

Those codes shouldn’t be removed.

PS: for now I deleted the shortcode from my page because I could not work on my Elementor template page as I was getting a 500 Error every time I try to save the page.

Hello Mam,

Right now, you can use the solution. There will be no errors on the frontend. Elementor also allows you to edit the product page.

However, the errors you mention are appearing in the error log. At the moment, we cannot fix that because it has to be done on our plugin, and we are working on it.

Thank you for your help and for fixing the issue, I still need to enable the safe mode in Elementor to be able to update the pages that have this shortcode, as I was still getting the issue about a 500 Error every time I try to save the page.

I see there is a new update available on Envanto market for your plugin, but I do not have access to it/to update your plugin via the WordPress CMS -> Plugins tabs. Does this update fixes the issue with the shortcode and Elementor editor? And How to add it to my website, without losing all the settings I already created for this badges?
