Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who will play a crucial role in managing and delivering our technical projects efficiently and effectively. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time. 

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and oversee technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance, collect and analyze data, and implement process improvements as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, addressing issues and concerns promptly.
• Code Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of code delivered in projects, with a focus on languages such as JavaScript, ReactJS, VueJS, Python, Django, PHP, and WordPress.
• Effective Presentation: Utilize tools like PowerPoint to present project updates and findings to stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks to minimize potential disruptions.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation to support project development and implementation.
• On-Time Delivery: Maintain a proven track record of consistently delivering projects on time.
• Leadership: Exhibit effective leadership skills and manage project teams to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience as an IT project manager is essential.
• Technical Expertise(Optional): Proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS, VueJS, Python, Django, PHP, and WordPress is required.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with individuals from various backgrounds and disciplines.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Presentation Skills: Effective communication and presentation skills, including the use of tools like PowerPoint.
• Documentation: Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.
• Track Record: Proven history of consistently delivering projects on time.
• Leadership Skills: Effective leadership and team management abilities.

Expected Salary:
50,000 BDT – 1,00,000 BDT
