Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Boomdevs’ social media profiles on Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and publish regular posts that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
• Monitor analytics to track performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align social media activities with overall campaigns and objectives.
• Respond to comments and messages on social platforms to foster community engagement.

Professional Skill Requirements and Experience:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook and LinkedIn, for business growth.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in planning, running, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for engaging and creative content.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
