Job Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in our sales team by identifying and qualifying potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential customers, nurture relationships, and schedule appointments or demonstrations for our sales team. This position offers an opportunity to learn about our products or services, develop sales skills, and contribute to the growth of the company.

What’ll You Do:

  1. Identify potential customers through research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
  2. Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to initiate conversations and assess their interest in our offerings.
  3. Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  4. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using our CRM system.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  6. Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or follow-up meetings for the sales team.
  7. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and effectiveness of outreach efforts.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  2. Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  3. Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. (Educational degree doesn’t matter if you’re skilled)
  5. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles is a plus but not required.
  6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  7. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to embrace challenges.
