After the import was successful the alert message said skipped 1 record. That means it didn’t even complete the import. Please send us another CSV without a badge that works and lets you import the records.
We don’t provide third-party plugin support, but we would love to help you. Please share your problem with a bit more details and multiple scenarios which can help us to understand the problem clearly.
